EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING!! Food, service, drinks!!! Will definitely return on my next trip to St. Louis! Do yourself a favor and get the Burger, wagyu and duck fat! Best I've ever had! Apps were delicious too! We had the crab cake, goat cheese balls and Pork belly. Free r dessert, we had the lemon tiramisu.

Wow! Wow! Wow! We came in, last minute, last night for dinner. The host was so sweet and told us “we’d love to serve you tonight” and they did. The Yellowfin tuna appetizer had a burst of flavor that mixed salty with the pineapple. Could have just ordered another it was so delicious! I ordered the summer salad with scallops. The salad was the best I have ever had! The veggies were crisp and fresh and not over cut. The dressing perfectly touched each leaf; overall tasted of summer! Well done!

Have dined here several times and the food is always excellent! We love getting the greek hummus every time. As for drinks, the main tai is amazing. The service here is always great and the atmosphere is lovely.

Cobalt is one of our favorites. The food and service are top notch. The menu is not big but changes with the seasons. The handcrafted cocktails are yummy and a great way to start the meal. Update; New food and drink menu so there is a good reason to go again. Everything we had was great!

As a first-time visitor to Cobalt Smoke & Sea, I found myself very pleased with the experience. I opted for the Summer Vegetable Pasta, and it did not disappoint—fresh, flavorful, and cooked just right. The wait staff was friendly and attentive, making the dining experience even better. We chose to sit outside, and the outdoor seating was a nice touch, offering a pleasant atmosphere. Overall, it was a great meal, and I'll definitely be back.

I selfishly don't want to leave a review because I want to keep this place all to myself. It's truly a hidden gem. Everything I've tasted here has been phenomenal. Their drinks are all incredible -- favorites are the Buzz me Up (for a funny feel in your mouth) and their (I think signature) Caipirinha. The wagyu carpaccio is to die for (sadly I don't see this on their Spring menu? New: Beef Tartare?), as is the Trout. I expect all their new items will be as delicious. The vibe is great, I love all their decor. It's never packed. Just love this place.

This was amazing date night dinner place. The atmosphere was gorgeous with lit trees and cozy seating. The food was pricey, but once it arrived we realize why. The portions are large and the chef did an amazing job because the food was some of the most delicious we had. I had the porkchop and it had to have been 2 inches thick! Perfectly cooked and seasoned. The drinks are fantastic too. Highly recommend for dates or celebrations.

Had an incredible anniversary dinner here! To drink we got the Old Fashioned and Smoke show, and loved both! We got the Spring Burrata for an appetizer, which was incredible! For entrees, I got the Alaskan Halibut and my fiance got the Braised Wagyu Beef Cheeks. Overall, incredible experience!
